September Rudolph Day

I bought this Penny Black die and the Lawn Fawn sentiment die whilst on my recent shopping trip with Scrappy Mo in Canada - so I thought it fitting to use it for Mo's Rudolph day challenge this month. You can read about my trip here.

I had so much fun with this die, I actually had another card planned but then got the idea to use the die as a travelling scene as this reminds me so much of the scenery from my holiday. I used some burnished gold and sliver card and then added a few trees from a Crafters companion die too.

Beautiful! I love the way you've made a complete panorama by adding the reverse images at each end

Very pretty! This really does look like the Rockies!!! That Crafters Companion sentiment is fabulous too. I managed to get back into my RD post to add the photos and rules for the second prize. Hope you can check it out.

Thanks for taking part in the September Rudolph Days Challenge.

This one is a stunner! And how sweet to use the dies you purchased with Maureen on a visit. The colors are so gleaming, and the inlay work of the design is superlative. That must have taken quite a bit of fiddly time to get these bits placed just so but it's one of the most beautiful works I've seen. Combining the different dies to create a scene this complex, was really an artistic inspiration! TFS & Have a great week. Hugs
