Add a button @ CD Sunday

I've been playing with one of the serif kits - this one is by Louise Tiler. The card I was aiming for is actually the one below but a battle with my printer meant I got the image above. I decided to go with it and simply mat onto some turquoise card - which ever since I found it in my snippets box it is proving invaluable - of course there isn't much of it left now.

The theme on CD Sunday challenge is "add a button(s)" - there is one on here I promise you - just look at the bow under the balloon.

I also used a new toy which I have resisted for ages - clear wink of stella. I love it, but can't get it to show in the photos or look very good in daylight. I thought maybe I hadn't added enough but even after another coat I'm getting the same result.

Finally this is a snippet from a Jem cdrom Clearly Bowed which I have had lying around for ages, so I decided to make it into a card. Not quite as it should be but worked for me! There is another snippet in the sentiment - this was originally going on my LIM white on white card when I read only black or metallic was allowed.

I'm entering the challenge at CD Sunday and visiting the Snippets playground.

Two pretty cards and both very different. I love the bright colours of the first one and the shoe printed on old paper in your second design. Thank you for sharing with us.

Both cards are gorgeous - I'm so glad to see I'm not the only one who hangs on to snippets from CD printouts

Two fabulous cards here Lynn, particularly LOVING the orange one. Thanks for coming over to the SNIPPETS PLAYGROUND with them. Still some Prosecco left in the Treehouse, because Brenda went out and bought a couple more cases of it!
