LIM week 264 - add some texture

I made this card using some snippets from a piece of fabric and some textured card I found in the snippet box. The stamps are from Papertrey Ink and I just added a little blue aquatint with a brush for the background.

This second card was made with a test piece I did prior to the above card - just a little 3x3 card so I thought the sentiment was perfect for it. Two pieces of fabric tape (not washi!) adorn the corners.
I'm entering the Less is More challenge which this week is to Add some Texture and also the Snippets Playground, where last week Brenda and Sarn led me astray with the Prosecco!

Love these fashionable looking cards in this fab shade of blue. Adore the addition of Washi tape on the tiny card! LOVE tiny!

Look out . . . I'm right behind you with my shiny Playground whistle. Thanks for coming over to play in the Playground.

Sometimes, I think design is the most important element--as I believe it is here in both cards! Love the color, love the texture, love the fabric, love the stamps, but the design still wins out! Well done!

Hi Lynne,

I hope you're well.

My name's Adam and I'm from the dotcomgiftshop blog.

We are currently writing a post for our blog about card making. While researching, we found this article and we’d really like to give it a mention in our post, and maybe use an image (giving you and your blog full credit, of course).

If you would rather we did not mention your blog or use an image, do let me know and I will omit it. I will also happily show you the post once it has gone live on our blog.

All the best,

Adam
