LIM - citrus

The current challenge at Less is More is citrus. I decided to get out my lime green, orange and lemon brushos and begin.

A few weeks ago I saw a TH scribble set of dies used on Elaine's blog and had to get them. All last week while I wasn't well they sat looking at me - but I was too ill to use them. Until now......

I cut the scribble strip out and used it as a mask on this first card - sprinkling brushos through it. Then I used a circle for the sun - using brushos again for the sky and sun.  I stamped over with the taxi and Chrysler building. Finally I used a Penny Black die.

Then I had the scribble left over - so to use this snippet I cut it in half, used more brushos and cut the flower and some leaves from more snippets, sprinkling and spritzing the brushos. I've used stamps and leaf dies from an Ellen Hutson set.

Off to the snippets playground to show everyone my second card and also entering into Darnell's latest NBUS challenge, although they didn't wait that long to get used lol!.
