White Christmas at CD Sunday

I've been having another look at the latest free cdrom with Crafters Companion Inspiration mag and used elements from Deck the Halls and Happy holidays to create this card. It's one layer with a mirrir card frame so nice and easy for posting, I hate it when they try and put it through the slot at the post office and it just sticks a little! up goes the postage charge.

I went over the gold bracket with a glitter pen and added some wink of stella to the snowflakes, but I can't capture it on camera.

I'm entering this into White Christmas at CD Sunday challenge.

It doesn't look one layer Linby - a very modern style. Thanks for joining in the CD Sunday challenge.

A lovely card and I agree with you about the postage. I'm going to have to make flatter cards for posting which is a shame because I love layers but those will have to be hand delivered from now on. Thank you for sharing your festive card with us at CD Sunday.

What a striking and unusual card Lynn. I love the paperclip and staples.
I have been adding a few stamps to my online Sainsbury's orders through the year and now it doesn't seem such a large expense. It is a shame to have to make 'flat' cards when we have all these lovelly things to use.
Thank you for joining us.
