All white???

I've had a set of tree stamps for a number of years and never really used them. I got the idea that the winter one might work as a Christmas card. This is the result, with snowflakes stamped in the corner using a Clarity stamp. The sentiment was free with this Month's Docraft mag, quite a handy stamp as it is in two pieces so you can split the sentiment as I have done here. I have also tried to use one of my nesties to emboss a rectangle around the tree, freehand not use the cuttlebug. I found it a bit difficult to get a clean impression though. I have churned a few of these out this evening so that has boosted the Christmas card to do list.
I'm entering the card into-
ABC Christmas Challenge-Winter Wonderland, optional theme white
Craft your days away challenge - all white
Sir Stampalot challenge- Christmas traditions
Simon Says challenge-Simon says are you all white?

This is so lovely Linby and what a great use for a tree stamp.

Thanks for visiting over my way.....I am hoping to catch up with everyones posts maybe this weekend. Funny you should mention the sugar in my cup of tea as the lady mentioned the sugar and I thought she was joking. Luckily no sugar for me.

Simple but so effective and great idea separating the sentiment, it looks good like that :-)
Yes use ordinary acetate for the 'rub-ons' You would think they would smudge but I've done 2 now and they've been fine but I would practice on a piece of spare card if you're unsure or do it straight onto a card but with the ability to cover it up if need be. The only thing I have found is that the ink looks as though it has bled a bit into the card. That may be 'cos I'm using OHP transparency and it looks as though the ink has been sprayed with water IYKWIM, it may not do that on proper acetate. But I don't mind 'cos it doesn't look messy.
