Setting the Scene

The challenge over on Polka Doodles this week is "setting the scene". I made this card using MCS Victorian Follies. I started with the background picture of the house and then resized all of the people to look like they were attending afternoon tea at the big house- well in my mind anyway LOL! I then used a freebie paper for the top and bottom border and used SU vintage vogue wheel across the space in the middle.
