LIM week 61-picture inspiration

I think I took the picture inspiration over at the Less is More challenge this week a bit literally LOL! with my little rectangles. I used a nestie and and ink duster for the rectangles. I used one of my new dies and cut it into quarters, using a corner rounder at the bottom, then took three of them and inked for the flowers, with a dusting of diamond sparkles. The sentiment is from PTI, the stems are from the SU Greenhouse garden set and the flourish by Anna Griffin. I used some decal edged scissors for the edge of the card - not used those for a while!
I just found out that I won the blog candy from a fellow Limette - Faith over on Daffodil cards - thanks so much.
I just wanted to share with you another way to achieve the effect that Chrissie got on one of her cards, if you don't have that lovely die that she used.

Just use the corner of a straight edged die and place over the end of the piece you want to cut - not my idea, I saw it somewhere!

I'm also entering my card into the current challenge over at Allsorts - which is another picture inspiration challenge.
Please pop back tomorrow when I will be sharing my DT card for the monthly challenge at Penny Black and More @ Allsorts.

This is just stunning Lynn ... very, very much to my taste and I think it quite perfect!
Thanks for your kind comments on my patchwork cards ... I don't know about dedication to snippets or if it was plain stupidity really! I mean, 93 little squares of paper to cut and stick just for three cards! What we do in the name of crafting, eh! (ps: sorry it has taken me so long to get back to you ... been one of "those" weeks). Love Debbie xXx
