PB & More May challenge - and I'm back!

Hello everyone. Our Challenge for May over at Penny Black & More is "Sew Special". We'd like to see a card or gift for someone special to you with the option of sewing "Real or faux". For my DT card I have used a set PB 30-115 Lace Delight with the sentiment and fancy label from Flonz.
I've used two spellbinder dies and an embossing folder, rubbed over with TH inks. The image is coloured with promarkers and finally I used a Gina K "stitching" stamp for the background.
I do hope you can join us this month and I look forward to seeing your entries. Just remember no digis.

Sorry to my followers for not returning comments for the last few weeks, I have been away to California on a road trip, taking in Las Vegas. I scheduled my posts but since I have been back due to jet lag and work I haven't had the time or inclination to post anything for the last few days.
I got to go to Michaels and buy these lovely goodies all on sale (notice a tree stamp which is due to the influence of my crafting buddies Sally H and Brenda)

and to another independent craft shop where I got these two masks and of course a poppy stamp

followed by a poppy x-s kit ( I have lots of others to stitch but I justified it as a reminder of the holiday/california poppies and it isn't very big!)

We started in San Francisco and went to Yosemite, Las Vegas, El Capitan Canyon, Laguna Beach and San Diego. Here are just a few highlights. It was so hot so I had to buy a big floppy hat to protect me. The two friends we went with are a bit camera shy so no photos of them!

Michal's eh Lynn, I've read about them so many times but yet to visit. But your haul looks great and the tree stamp of course - hands up for leading you down that route and be warned they become an obsession.

Lovely pictures as well, that sunshine look lovely.

A great card as well for this months theme.
