Lavender and lace
After I made this card I had the remnants of the card left over and decided it was too good to throw away. I've used a resist technique using SU hydrangea stamp and then used one of my many other hydrangea stamps (this time for Hero arts) to stamp and emboss in the middle of the aperture I created. I used a combination of several embossing powders but I can't quite capture the sparkle on this photo. I've added a couple of leaves from spellbinders dies and some lace at the corners. Which brings me to the challenge on Allsorts this week "lavender and lace".
I'd also like to enter the card into the challenge at Charisma cardz 3, 2, 1
3 flowers
2 pieces of lace
1 die cut
finally I am skipping (crawling) into the playground Pixies crafty snippets #79 with this as it is using a snippet.
I went a bit mad with gardening yesterday and when I finished I ached all over, so much I can hardly move and it is not much better today!

I so hear you about overdoing it in the garden! You think, just that one more section, and that shrub could use a bit of a trim ... and you pay for it afterwards!
Take it easy and rest those mussels and bones back to health!! I've got knee pads so I'll bring them over to the playground to save you a new problem!! xxoo Darnell
