LIM week 156 - sketch

It's a sketch challenge over on Less is More this week. I thought my sale purchase of this TH set of stamps and dies would fit the sketch design. I've embossed the stamping on the frame and the silhouette.
I haven't had a chance to join in with LIM for ages and was determined to make it this week. I was going to post the card last night but my train left St Pancras at 17.30 and five minutes later developed a fault, we sat on it for an hour before they decided we were going back to St Pancras.  So I didn't get home until 21.40 instead of 19.40! Luckily for me I had taken a coffee and a salad onto the train with me. Except when I came to eat the noodle salad in a carriage full of silent people, I felt everyone was looking at me. Also good ole M&S had run out of forks and so I was using a spoon  - probably thought I was a sandwich short of a picnic! On a positive note I did manage to finish a book I was reading.

This looks really classy Linby.
I'm glad I don't have to go to work any more!
Thanks so much

I think everyone was looking at you and trying to decide if they could talk you out of your noodle salad. I'd hate to just sit on bum train for an hour just twiddling my thumbs and coveting my neighbor's salad. I like your pretty card. For some reason it makes me think of royalty!

Hi Linby

That sounds like one heck of a journey .. .. and noodles with a spoon must have been a challenge in itself!!!

Great card. Love the silhouette look.

Hope all is good with you.

Have a lovely weekend.

Love Jules xx
