Blossoms and blooms at Penny Black & More challenge

Our challenge at Penny Black & More this month is Blossoms and Blooms. I decided to break out my gilding flakes for my DTcard and some flitter glue. I put the glue directly onto the PB stamp"4037K mixed media",  so that parts of the music and words are gilded. I then coloured the flower with promarkers and also glided the edges of the die cut. For my background I used a leaf spray stamp from Flonz stamps and stamped using the flitter glue, applying the gilding flakes over the top and to the edges of the chloe stem die cuts. The sentiment is a dlite die cut.
This is the most success I have had with gilding flakes and I think it is down to the flitter gluee Indigo blu it really made a difference and I didn't seem to use as much of the flakes.
Here is the card in a close up  to show the detail.

I do hope you can join us for our challenge this month. Remember no digis allowed but you can use any stamp but please make it the focal point of your work. Lots of lovely prizes up for grabs and also the chance to be a GDT with us.
