Less is More week 261 - down under
I admit to being totally stumped when I saw the challenge was Down under on Less is more this week. I did see the use of an umbrella - but I did that last week for the silhouette.
Then I remembered the TH stamp sets and the one in there that I didn't think I would ever use - Sydney harbour. Two good things have come from this - one I got to use the stamp and two I realised it would be perfect for an Australian friend of mine. Sometimes you can't see the wood for the trees!
I used my gelli plate to create the reflection - so much easier than the brayer method. I used London Fog to make it lighter than the original and then used CE colour cloud ink for the water and sky. The sentiment is from a SU set.
