March Rudolph Day

Well as it's the 25th of the month it must be time for Rudolph day - if you don't know what I am on about then visit Mo's blog here for details of how to join in.

I've recently been having a clearout in the craft room (well it's continuous really!) and this time I targetted Christmas stash. I found this Anna Griffin embellishment which I thought would cover my little area in the top right - why? Well this beautiful polka dot paper was so perfect for this die but I had already cut into it and there was a little bit missing - hence the embellishment!

Thanks for looking and hopefully I will see you at Mo's Rudolph Day challenge too.

Your card is absolutely beautiful Linby. The background looks lovely and very clever how you've covered the used area with that great embellishment. Have a lovely Easter. Barbxx
A beautiful card Linby, I love the dies you've used together to get the scene.

This is lovely. Nothing like an embellishment to hide the missing bits! Well done. I do love the big sentiment die too. I have one but haven't successfully used it yet. Kate x
This is a lovely card. All of the separate elements come together beautifully to create the finished card. I really like your use of the die cuts x

Beautiful card, and the embellishment is perfect there even if you had nothing to cover up.

This is really lovely! Great idea to use that embellishment to hide the paper issue. So many times I do the same with my embellies...usually to hide a booboo of mine though.

The other snowflakes are beautiful too. I really like the dies you used and the beautiful silver paper you chose.

Thanks for taking part in the March Rudolph Days Challenge.

What a great scene--staring (ta-dah) Rudolph! Love all the detail, Linby, especially that clever use of the polka dot background (shhh...not one would know there is a chunk missing!). Thanks for your visits to my blog, Linby, and for your kind words. Both are appreciated!
