Something beginning with F @ Ooh la la Creations challenge

This is one of my favourite images from the Say it with Words from Ooh La La Creations. So it was nice when I realised it fitted with theme of our challenge chosen by Michelle "Something beginning with F" which for my DT card is  "Friends".

I've printed onto kraft card to give a vintage feel to the card and used one of the faux bows. Simple to make but very effective.

We'd love to see what you come up with for our challenge over on the challenge blog and for you to see all the lovely inspiration from the rest of the DT.

Thsi is such a lovely vintage looking card. The image is lovely printed on the krcft and I like the texture of the wall behind.

I am feeling a little better but hope to be even better as I am scheduled for a needle guided imagery nerve root block in my back on Jul 25. The next day I will have my shoulders and knees injected at our localo hospital once again. I will be sore for 2 or 3 days but then usually have a few months of significant pain releif. Fingers crossed.

My Mum was placed in a care home about ten days ago and was blessed to have been accepted into a 3 year old building...full of lovely decor and very upbeat and modern. She has her own room...once of only two homes that do not require sharing a room.
We are busy decorating it and I think I need a trip to Ikea to get one of those big frames that hold many different photos. We will fill them with family photos.
Off to have a wee toddle back thru your blog...
