LIM #292 use the colours of Peacock feathers

Use the colours of Peacock feathers is the challenge at Less is More this week. I had to be predictable and actually use a peacock feather die! I wondered what it would look like with the Cosmic shimmer gilding polishes and I love it. 

This card came about because I had gilding polish all over my fingers and glass mat I didn't want to waste. So I sprtized the mat and my fingers and washed a piece of card with them, this little free stamp from Craft Stamper was sitting on my desk and seemed to fit the bill. Finished with some clear wink of stella to highlight and a SU sentiment.

 Finally this stamp caught my eye due to the fan, so I stamped it onto vellum and used gilding polishes on the reserve. Silver aquatint on the hair - because it was out. It looks better in real life, this photo makes it look like "a hot mess" which is something I have wanted to use after hearing it on US TV, but never seem to have the opportunity.
