Mid month reminder for Spring at Penny Black & More challenge

A little reminder of our challenge over at Penny Black & More challenge blog, this month the theme is Spring.

For my DT card I went with the colours that I associate with Spring and also what would have been known as "Sunday Best" dress and hat back in the day. This reminds me so much of Easter Sunday.

To make my card I used another one of the pre printed parchment panels I had - you can see another I used here. Again I used pan pastels to colour it and then using the PB set 30-115 Lace Delight I stamped and paper pieced the dress and hat.
