Pen nib snippets

I think I've taken my snippets to a whole new level in making this card! Look carefully or you may miss the snippets - they are the pen nibs - or actually part of the waste when I used the die to make this card. If you look at the corners you will see the waste I used. They have been sitting on my desk because I thought they looked so much like pen nibs.

Today I finally got to use them but first decided to dig out this Crafters Companion stamp as it was the only one I could think of that had a writing connection. The dies I have used are from Swedish House Crafts as I thought both were paper related.

Now I have finally got that idea out of my head I am off to the Snippets Playground - so long since I managed to play along Miss Di has probably changed the keys.

A fabulous card Lynn, your snippets certainly do look like pen nibs - a beautiful image and great background.

They are exactly like pen nibs, you will never need to buy a pen nib die! Do you realise you've missed Parsnip doing a streak across the playground?

Wonderful card, Linby. Those snippets certainly look like pen nibs, perfect embellishments for your beautiful image. If the Playground gates are locked, we've put the spare set of keys under the flowerpot, but don't tell Miss Di! 😉 xx

Great snippets card Lynn - I do love the image and also the pen nib idea is very clever!

Lovely to see you in the Playground, and the locks haven't been changed! Anyhow, I'm quite sure most of you girls would cheerfully clamber over the fence to get in!
