Jumping Reindeer for Swedish House Crafts and Rudolph Day

Today I am sharing my DT make for from Swedish House Crafts. I've chosen to make a Christmas card and all the products I used are linked in the text for easy shopping!

The Maja Designs papers are such fabulous quality and it is a shame to cut them up - so for my background I used one whole, it does all the work for you and it's called "I wish - to build a snowman". I love the details on the paper here are some close ups.

and here the little robins in the corner........

I used another sheet of the papers to make a frame by cutting out the centre of the sheet using the largest Gummiapan old paper die. Don't worry I kept the inner part and this will be on another card soon! I mounted the frame onto my base with foam tape.

I used the wood effect paper  from Maja paper "Denim and friends" to edge by design - it's not a Christmas paper but it looks very effective. The lovely girl is from the "I wish - Emphemra" sheet.

For the main design I used a Gummiapan stamp called Texted Reindeer. I stamped it three times using different inks and different papers, then carefully cut around them.

I used my favourite ever die - Gummiapan Doodle circle 3 times from different papers. For the one in the centre I also kept the inner paper from the cut with the cute snowmen.

All stuck together with the Crafters Companion extra strong permanent glue tape pen.

I'm also entering this card into the September Rudolph Day challenge over on Mo's blog.
