Space/Science at The Male Room

I'm loving playing with alcohol inks at the moment and I don't think it's going to end any time soon! I'm experimenting with controlling the ink and for this piece I wanted the effect of a galaxy. I dropped the inks onto Yupo and then manipulated with alcohol blending solution and a felt pad to create the swirl and marbled effect. I then added dots of white ink with a pen.

The sentiment I have embossed onto heat resistant acetate. It's a sentiment I got in a set in a private sale for £1! I thought the sentiment went with the image.
