For my DT card I used a recently acquired pre-loved yet unused stamp called "old Crock"! I decided to try evoke a little bit of a scene where the cars had been left to go to ruin - the OH's idea of hell lol! I stamped and embossed the main image in clair nocturne ink and matt embossing powder. The back images I stamped with archival watering can ink.
Then I used distress crayons and some silver gilding wax to highlight the areas of die cutting and parts of the car. The card behind the die cut is already a brick wall print which I lined up to try and look like a wall. I used the same card to cut the sentiment using a spellbinder die and the tiny Happy Birthday is by Gummipan as are the little "nut" stamps all from Swedish House Crafts and again I stamped in watering can ink, using several generations of ink.
Finally I edged the card with a black sharpie - less weight for posting!!
