June Rudolph Day

As it's the 25th of the month it's Rudolph Day over at Mo's Blog. I've been seeing a lot of new wreath dies around and I decided to try and make my own. I've used the Gummiapan Doodle die from Swedish House Crafts. Inside it I stamped the Gummiapan Star Dust circle stamp which I embossed with sparkly glitter powder.

I then used the star die from the Roxstamps square cross stitched die set. The Merry Christmas die is by Gummiapan also but it is from last year and not available. Finally I added some tiny stars from a Clearly Besotted set and embossed them.

Then I decided to use just the Star dust circle stamp on it's own for a CAS card. The sentiments are from an old Paula Pascal set.

As I have used stars I am also making a second entry into the City Craft challenge.

We just had a lovely week away in Whitby - North Yorkshire. Here's a little arty shot for you.

Gosh another month already . Back to the drawing board . No rest for the wicked. I love both your takes on a wreath especially the second one. Very effective. Thankyou for your coment on my workshop . I had fun making it . Fortunately I had a long lead time given to me so was able to spend a lot of time looking for just the right stamp or die . I picked this stamp set up at the NEC last Novemver.

Love this non-traditional color for your pretty card. It looks smashing with this color and the bling of all the sparkle created by the holographic silver and the coppery metallic and glitter. Love the CAS design, and certainly enjoyed the fantastic picture of where you were fortunate to visit. Loved that sentiment die font too! TFS & Hugs
A gorgeous card Linby, a great photo too.

Love the shimmery and glimmery stamped circles and the metallic of the die cut wreath. They look great. Your stars and sentiment add a wonderful finishing touch. This is a lovely, modern Christmas card.

Thanks for taking part in the June Rudolph Days Challenge.
