Geometric #8 Twofer challenge

These are my cards for the Geometric Twofer challenge this month.

As the challenge asks I have used the same MFT die for two cards. The first a birthday card. I cut from two brusho backgrounds I had created and then swapped over the outside pieces. The sentiment is from a PTI set.

For my second card I used just the inside portion of the die, again cut from a brusho background I made. This time the occasion is Christmas.

What a great choice for the geometric prompt, Linby! That die looks stunning cut from Brushos for both your vibrant quilt birthday card design and your icy cool and gorgeous snowflake Christmas card! Great choice of sentiments, too! Thank you so much for playing in Twofer Card Challenge #8! Hugs, Darnell

Two fabulous designs! The "Brushoed" birthday quilt looks so cozy and I adore the matching sentiment! What a fun idea to use the insides of the die as snow flakes on your second card!
Thank you so much for joining us at the Twofer!

Two wonderful designs using your quilted die. Great idea to use the positive and negatives for your quilted card. So pretty with the bright colours of brushos. And your snowflake card is adorable! Thanks for playing along with us at Twofer Card Challenge!

Love quilted dies, and how pretty #1 looks with the brusho work. It looks quite like a worn, well loved quilt to my eyes (which I've always thought were the best kind). Brilliant idea to use the inner portion of the 'star' motif from the quilt to make some lovely icy snowflakes. Now this is so creative! TFS & Happy wkend.
