Leaves at #9 Twofer challenge

The latest Twofer challenge is for leaves and these are my entries. I was lucky enough to be one of the chosen winners at this challenge last month, so look out for my GDT spot soon!

My first card uses the Crafters companion leaf dies cut from various backgrounds I had in my box. I've used brushos, salt technique, a little glitter. I just cut the leaves out and then made a wreath around the greeting.

For my second card I used the same dies and cut them from a background I had created with alcohol inks on Yupo paper.

I love your combination of backgrounds all blended together on your autumn wreath! Your alcohol inked leaves are gorgeous too! Ah, soon our trees will look as bare as this one and I'll have to get the rake out. Meanwhile, enjoy your fall and thanks for joining in the fun with us at the Twofer Card Challenge!
Two different designs for Fall giving but both are so very gorgeous! That was a lot of die cutting to pile up so many leaves on both too!

Two beautiful cards using my favourite colours. I love all the colours, patterns and textures on the leaves, I could spend hours going around that wreath examining each leaf separately.

You've captured autumn beautifully with both leafy cards, Linby ... your rich layered wreath is so warm and texture-y ... and that tumble of leaves beneath the tree has me wanting to leap into it ... the sense of depth is brilliant! Thanks so much for playing along with us at Twofer! Anita :)

Spectacular leaf designs, Linby! I love how organic both cards feel, as if you went outside and picked the leaves from the yard! They made a beautiful autumn wreath and on your second card, I love how you made the tree bare and had two of the leaves just letting go and one caught by a gust of wind for balance!! Thank you so much for playing in Twofer Card Challenge #9! Hugs, Darnell
