Make it feminine at Penny Black & More Challenge

Our new challenge at Penny Black & More this month is "Make it feminine" so I went with shopping in New York! This lady is usually carrying a cake in one hand but I stamped her bags twice to cut out and give her even more shopping to carry!

I used all of these Penny Black stamps 40-118 New York, 3883K Cityscape, 4162K Sweet surprise and 30-103 ...wishes.

First of all I created a background using a skyline stencil and Distress oxides. Then I stamped the Cityscape and New York stamp over the top. Colouring only the NY stamp. I used a Gummiapan stitching dies to give a little more to the image, inking over the lines slightly. Then I fussy cut out the lady and placed her over the card. Mounted onto a piece of paper from the PB 6x6 pad.

Our sponsors this month are Penny Black, Indigo Blue stamp, Tattered Lace. I do hope you can join us over at the challenge - as always we have fab prizes. Just remember stamping must be the focus of your creation.
