Flowers All Over at Penny Black & More challenge

December already! and time for a new challenge at Penny Black & More. This month we would like to see "Flowers All Over". 

For my DT card I used Penny Black 30-113 petal party and a new set of stamps I bought recently 30-574 special sentiments.

I began by using a watermark ink pad to stamp a piece of card. Then I embossed using white detail powder. Then I used DI oxide inks over the top. I used some of the same inks through the die cut for my sentiment banner which I attached with a little opaque ribbon so that the design can still be seen through it.
