April Rudolph Day

I'm here today with my card for the April Rudolph Day run at Mo's blog - Scraps of Life.

I've made a fairly CAS design this time. I used an embossing folder with some gold card and cut it out with the debossed circles by Phill Martin. Is it just me or does it remind you of the gold covered chocolate coins you get at Christmas?

Thanks for looking - I hope you are all staying safe.

Chocolate coins - that is exactly what I said when I saw your card Lynn! I never got them as a child but I have fond memories of my children rootling about in the toe of their stockings on Christmas morning! I love the debossed medallion effect and that is a very cute Santa! Vicky x

White or milk chocolate, I don't mind either, not dark though. Fun Santa and a super CAS card. I have definitely lost the plot as I always enter RD straight away, never entered my head this month, got it scheduled for tomorrow though. Hope you and Hubby are OK. Also while I am rambling on been meaning to say that I am an avid reader too, always have been. My Mother used to say "once our Kath gets her head in a book, that's it, we won't hear from her till she has finished it.

Oh, yum, chocolate! And a cute gnome for a fun Christmas card!
I find it so hard to make CAS cards but you've made a wonderful one here. Thank you for joining in Rudolph Days Challenge this month.

This definately reminds me of the gold coin chocolates we always got in our stockings at Christmas. They came in a little sack of coins and we would try to open them so carefully so we could play with the little sacks later too.
They became Barbie shopping bags etc.

Great card! Thanks for taking part in the April Rudolph Days Challenge.
