Allsorts belated 11th birthday - I love........

It's our belated 11th Birthday challenge at Allsorts challenge this week and I am thrilled to be hosting. We delayed it due to all that was happening in the world, hopefully everyone is more in the mood for it now. There are some brilliant prizes on offer and you can enter up to 3 times, with the winners being chosen by random.org.

Scroll down to the bottom of my post to find out about my own little giveaway to celebrate our Birthday.

As I am the host I get the pleasure of choosing the theme and I have gone with "I LOVE...." so show us what you love. My choices are fashion, art deco and New York.

For my first DT card I downloaded some vintage fashion images which I placed over a Pinksy Doodle digital paper to create the background. I then stamped a Julie Nutting doll stamp and downloaded an outfit for her! I did this by scanning in the image of the doll then using a graphics programme I cropped and scaled the outfit and superimposed it over the doll. Finally I cut some flowers using the digital paper in two different colours and added pearls.

Pinksy DoodlesMaker of digital images and cutting files for card making and craft projects.  The winner of this prize can choose five items from the sponsors store.

For my second card I used an Art deco Hero Arts background stamp in black ink. It took a few impressions as it is such a large stamp, luckily I used my Misti. I then cut out various art deco elements in silver card. Then I added the buildings cut from black card.

This is the inside of the card using Debbi Moore Designs glitter & Glitz New York cdrom.

Here's a little something from me to celebrate birthday week. Just leave me a comment and I will randomly pick someone who does so to receive this stamp set and ribbons.

Because I used the digital papers from Pinksy Doodles  and the Debbi Moore cdrom I am also entering these cards into the CD Sunday plus challenge #43

A really innovative theme Lynn (thank you) and two great cards for it, both very you and although I'm not usually a blue girl I am really drawn to that one.

Oh, I just love that first card with the vintage dress pattern images. How clever to add that Julie Nutting doll design, with her own fashionable outfit.

Two lovely creations with great images and backgrounds, I don't use blue enough, trying to rectify that.
LOve the black and white creation, fantastic background and great images.

You are the hostess with the mostest Lynn - what a brilliant challenge to come up with! I am drawn to the kind of vintage fashion images in your first card too and love the collage effect you've used. The art deco card is a real head turner! Love the dramatic black and silver colourway and the moody Gatsby feel. Vicky x
