Fantasy and springtime

My mid month reminder for the challenges I am on the DT for. First is Stamping Sensations challenge where we want to see Fantasy and Magical. For my card I chose to use Lavinia stamps. My background is a gelli plate print.

For the We Love Chocolate Baroque  challenge we want to see Springtime. I used Chocolate Baroque stamps  Auricula Script,  Mini Scripts and Amazing Mackintosh words on my card.  I created the background to look like weathered wood by dragging ink pads down a piece of stamping card.

A perfect soft and delicate Gelli background for the Fairy and the colours of your CB creation are very striking.

WOW! Lynn, what beautiful creations, I love the effect on the Lavinia card, so unusual to see it in those beautiful colours. Your CB card has a great effect by the dragging of the ink.

Two beautiful cards Lynn, both so different but both draw you in!
Love your CB project, so colourful, and I'm amazed by the beautiful fairy scene you built with that gelli plate background and the lovely fairy. The sentiment is wonderful!!!

What a great contrast in both lovely creations, a delicate background, followed by a bright and bold background. Both with lovely backgrounds and designs.

Love your background for this little fairy, it really does look magical. A lovely CB card and your weathered wood technique works so well with the floral image.
