Mackintosh and Poppies
Our new challenges begin today on We Love Chocolate Baroque challenge and Stamping Sensations challenge.
First my DT card for We Love Chocolate Baroque challenge where the theme is "Hand coloured or paper pieced image". Using Chocolate Baroque stamp set Artists Baubles I stamped and embossed with clear powder before colouring with promarkers. I then used a CRM style die to frame the image. The sentiment is from Amazing Mackintosh words.
The prize is from Chocolate Baroque as always and are stamps of the winners choice to the value of £25.
For my second card which is my DT card for Stamping Sensations challenge. The theme this month is "I love...". I love poppies and used this stamp from Ken Oliver over a brusho background. I bleached out the poppies and painted them in again.
I used a TL circle die. Although I have the square die it wasn't quite the right size for my offcut of frame card. So cut the edges four times and then placed them behind the frame. Which is also very economical use of card!
The sentiment is from a Lisa Horton wordage sheet.
