Poppies

Every year I try to make a poppy card for Remembrance Sunday. This year I was so pleased to get hold of the new poppy embossing folder and die cut from Lisa Horton Crafts.

I used water colour paints after embossing and die cutting out. Then splashed some white paint and some white pen too onto the image. This is an idea Lisa demoed on her Youtube channel.

Then I simply used a piece of black card for the background and one of the sentiments from Lisa's wordage sets.
