A scenic view

Morning everyone. It is my turn to host at Allsorts challenge this week and I have chosen the theme of "Anything Goes with the option of scenic".

For my DT card I used a kingfisher die from CC and mounted it over a printed image from an old TL magazine. I put a frame around it using a Lisa Horton frame set and one of the sentiments from it also.

This week prizes are this lovely IndigoBlu stamp and 3 images from Ruth Hamilton Design

I do hope you can join us this week. I look forward to seeing your makes. Here are some photos of a beautiful scenic bluebell wood I had the pleasure of walking through earlier in the week.

Such a peaceful scene Lynn and how effective using the two tones to create the frame, never occurred to me to do that! Enjoyed your theme as you probably know, thank you.

Beautiful card Lynn, and I love the kingfisher, I have only ever seen one once down by the canal xx
What a clever and beautiful card Lynn, love you have "upgraded" a magazine image, it's the perfect image for your Kingfisher and frame. So very beautiful, as are your bluebell wood photos, isn't it a joy walking through them?

I love that you used a scene from a magazine for this card, adding a die cut of your own! The frame is wonderful too with the dual colors, but the path through the woods with those gorgeous flowers looks just dreamy! Nature is so amazing with color!!
