13th Birthday at Allsorts challenge

 

This week at Allsorts challenge we are celebrating our 13th birthday with some fabulous prizes you won't want to miss. Our theme is "Anything for a Birthday".

As it is a special week I've made a luxurious card for my DT make. 

I had an art deco cut out which I had no idea what to do with until now. I decided to use gilding flakes onto an adhesive sheet and mount the cut out over the top. It looked ok, but was still missing something. So I thought maybe one of the many art deco stamps I have would go with it. 

I used an old art deco stamp set embossed onto black card with gold embossing powder. I then fussy cut around her and added a die from an art deco set with the sentiment. I added some tiny black micro beads for some added interest.
