A Rose and A Mini Car

We have the new themes for June at the monthly challenges I am on the DT for at We Love Stamping and Stamping Sensations.

My first card is for the theme...

Anything stamped with the option of Roses

at We Love Stamping

I began by using a very old wood mounted stamp that I bought at the same time as the tulip I used a few months ago. I stamped and then painted with various inks using water. The background paper is from a TL magazine and I recently shared a snippet make with the left overs if you are thinking it looks familiar!

We have three prizes, a die, a stencil and and stamp following our Rose theme.

My second card is for Stamping Sensations where our theme is...

****Make it Masculine****

I've used a PB stamp that was part of the 2012 Olympic celebrations. I amended the number plate to 2022! The paper is from Papermania and dates from 2012 also with some Dark Room Door images and a chipboard I coloured with promarkers and a silver pen. Two little union jack buttons are the finishing touch.

We have three prizes this month which would all fit a masculine theme, two Woodware stamps and an AALL and Create stencil courtesy of Craft Stash.

Two fabulous cards Lynn, that rose image is a beauty and looks gorgeous framed by the rose paper. Love the PB image, so cute, and looks brilliant with the added travel images.

I love that you used the same stamp as Aneshia for your male card, what a lovely coincidence. I am sure it is because it makes such a good masculine card but you have both used it differently. Your has such a lovely holiday story to tell. Your rose is amazing too and you have paired it with the perfect patterned paper xx

2 fab cards Lynn - your colouring and vintage look on the rose are really special, and the second one is so fun and in keeping with the current national celebrations - in fact I was looking out this paper pad myself at the weekend - sadly I don't have that adorable PB image to put with it!!
