NBUS and Rudolph Day

After all my autumn makes recently today it's Christmas for Mo's Rudolph Day challenge and NBUS.

When I saw this Tim Holtz plaid background die - I just had to have it! It's going to get a lot of use but for now it counts as NBUS and so I am linking up to NBUS Never-Before-Used-Schtuff! It's always fun and comforting to see what everyone has finally got around to using or couldn't wait to use straight out of the box.

I've used a Crafty Individuals stamp that came free with my order - CI are always so generous with extra stamps. Not much else to add, I just used promarkers to colour. The sentiment is from Crafters Companion.

A very different card, Lynn, so artistic! That plaid background and the cute penguin work so well together! CI stamps are so beautiful and have a very good quality of rubber, love them! You have been so lucky to have this one as a gift with your order!

I saw that die and thought it would be great to have but as I already have a plaid background die I forced myself to resist. It can be hard sometimes but well done for using it quickly and what a great little card. Your little skating penguin is very cute and the background looks fabulous. Thanks for your kind words today too xx

So cute, Lynn! That penguin's face tells me that his mama made him dress up like a reindeer for Halloween and he is still wearing them right up to Christmas! Love the plaid and am waffling whether to buy ... that's why I never run out of NBUS! Thank you for inspiring everyone in the gallery! Hugs, Darnell
