Roses in 3d

 

It's Liz's turn to host the challenge at Allsorts this week. We have anything goes as always but for an optional theme Liz has chosen Embossing Folders.

I love embossing folders, especially the 3d ones like this one I have used from Nellie Snellen. I simply embossed the card and then used inks over the top. I used a circle left over from a larger die cut from the centre which forms the frame. The same set was used for the sentiment.

We've just got back from a lovely break in this tree house. Everyone thought we would need a ladder lol! But as you can see it was easy to access and was wonderful inside too.

The crafter in me couldn't resist this shot through the front door.
