Sunflowers and grunge

 

These are my monthly DT cards for Stamping Sensations and We Love Stamping.

At Stamping Sensations for August we have a mood board to inspire you. Or you can do "anything stamped" to be eligible for our wonderful prizes and top picks.

You might have guessed I was inspired by the sunflower on the mood board! I used a CE Boutique stamp cut with an oval die. I then used a sentiment from my stash and cut with a smaller oval. Stamping over the edges to mirror the main image. I used a Bee EF and Graphic 45 paper for the background.

My second DT card is for our optional theme of "masculine" at  We Love Stamping. Or you can enter with anything that contains stamped images. I used a TH stamp of the umbrella man, that hasn't seen ink for a long time as my starting point. I made a background using stencils and a world map stamp. Then I added stamps from AALL & Create. I used a Daisy Mae rectangle die to mount.
