A cat and other news

 

It's Lolo's turn to host Allsorts this week and as we know she is a big animal lover. So, it is no surprise that her optional theme is For the Love of Animals. As usual we have the Anything Goes option if that doesn't appeal to you.

Also April is National Pet Month (NPM) celebrates and raises awareness of responsible pet ownership.

I need a card in a hurry for a cat owner and so this is what I came up with. Why is that out of all the cards I've made and have spare there is never one suitable!

Using ink that was already on a brush waiting to be cleaned! I put it through a Uniko stencil and then the cat from Uniko with white embossed features.

In other news I was delighted to find that I won the last Gecko Galz stamp challenge with this card and the prize is $25 to spend in Gecko Galz Etsy store

and I also won the Gecko Galz Facebook challenge for monochrome with this Art Journal page. I used GG images imported into MCS then printed out and pasted in my AJ with added stencilling. The prize is a special one from Leanne of GG for FB entrants.
