Smile!

 


Other than DT work, which I had prepared in advance I have been finding it hard to craft at the moment. The "bug" continues to leave me drained and coughing but I am getting better!

I dug out a Funky Fossil alphabet die set to make a card. It looked a bit stark so I doodled into the apertures. It's not what I thought it would look like, but I decided to use the waste to make the card below so a twofer.

I'm going over to the Snippets Playground with my card and to have a go on the swings to cheer myself up. Hopefully Sarn will have stashed something behind the bike sheds too!

Hi Lynn - sorry to hear you’re feeling under the weather. I’ve got a nice hot toddy for you to enjoy round the back of the bike sheds, brought down from the treehouse. Once you’ve finished that, I’ll share my Jakemens cough sweets with you on the swings.

Your birthday cards brought a smile to my face. Love the idea of doodling inside the die cut letters.

Very clever to add the doodling into the apertures Lynn! A super card - I must used my same (enabled by you for sure!) more often! And a fun way to use up snippets of course. Hope you begin to shift that bug.
