A giraffe and flamingos

 

It's time for our new monthly challenge themes at Stamping Sensations and We Love Stamping. 

My DT giraffe card is for the optional theme of Animal Magic at Stamping Sensations. I stamped and paper pieced a Crafty Individual stamp and then mounted it onto a piece of paper from an old TL magazine. Then framed it with a brown cut frame and I used a sentiment from a Paper Smooches set.

We have prizes from AALL and Create.

My second DT card is for We Love Stamping where we have the optional theme of "a hand coloured image". I really wanted two flamingos on this card to mirror the background paper. So I used some acetate to make a reverse image. Fussy cut out and hand coloured with promarkers. The sentiment is from an old Waltzing Mouse set and the heart die is from memory box.
