Best fishes

Gail is our host at Allsorts challenge this week. She has chosen the optional theme of

Something Fishy
or Anything Goes
For my DT card I've used an old (2010) digi from Sassy Cheryl. It's a black and white digi and I'm not the best at colouring, so I decided to take into the Procreate app on the ipad and colour it. It looked a little stark when printed out, so I used a Funky Fossil watercolour lines stencil to give some background detail which I thought looked like water.

I then cut it with a Phill Martin debossed circle die and a larger one in green card. The background paper was a download from a craft magazine. I then cut a few fishes from the same paper using a Memory Box set but lightly inked them with DI.

Prizes for weeks 787 and 789 are these Lavinia stamps (photos not to scale)

A lovely card Lynn, such a sweet image, don't have the slightest clue of how to colour digitally but it looks great! Perfectly matched papers and the little cut out fish finish it perfectly.

A perfect image for the theme, Lynn. And so great how you added color to the image with procreate! It looks fantastic the way you colored it! Love the background too and such a gorgeous shade of green for the circle mat.

Very sweet image Lynn and very clever colouring it using an app … I wouldn’t know where to start! The background stencilling definitely looks like water too and really complements the main image.
