Night and Day Christmas scene

I really enjoyed making this card using the Over The Rooftops die set by Concord & 9th.

Some of the tiny pieces were a bit fiddly but it did use a lot of tiny snippets that I had. I'm going to experiment with a few more colourways and a non Christmas one too.

Here is the day time view - a little circle on a brad allows you to turn night to day.

I added a little stamp from a Lawn Fawn set "turn me" in case it's not obvious to the person gets it! This set does have a stamp set that comes with it, but I knew I already had a stamp I could use. Unfortunately I didn't have the word JOY on a stamp so I hand wrote that. The sentiment die is from Chloe's Crafts.

Here's just some of the snippets. I got carried away with so many to use and some were in the bin by the end, because there really wasn't much left to keep.

I'm off to the Snippets Playground to show everyone and hopefully get an enhanced hot chocolate from Sarn (wink, wink!) no I don't mean marshmallows and cream!

Gorgeous card Lynn, what a great die set, must have taken a while to create the little street scene but the result is worth it. Love the interactive element and the lovely cheerful colours.

Certainly looks like some intricate dies but the finished card is lovely and something a bit different. Great for using up snippets as well. Enjoy your special hot chocolate 😉

Thanks for coming to play in the Snippets Playground. One "enhanced" hot chocolate coming right up!

What a fun interactive card this is. Can see how some of it would be fiddly, but GREAT result. Love it!

Wow Lynn, this is a real corker of a card - absolutely brilliant. And that was before I saw that it turns from night into day! Very clever and beautifully made - lots of patience needed for sure!
