Love and a Cat

Two cards today. The first is for the start of the new challenge at Stamping Sensations. Our theme is Valentines, Wedding and Romance or Anything Goes.

I stamped onto a stencilled background and then added the stamped and die cut LOVE onto foam pads. Small stamped sentiment added and a die cut heart.

Supplies used:

AALL & Create #156 - 6"x6" Stencil - Elongated Hearts #896

Crafters Companion - Love stamp and die set with small sentiment.

Our three prizes have a romantic feel to them and come from AALL and Create

My second card is for the new challenge at We Love Stamping. The theme is CAS

(Clean and Simple) or Anything Goes.

I simply stamped and mounted onto black card and then stamped on the base card. I used stamp set from AALL and Create called Night Stalker #791.

BTW if you aren't familiar with this stamp, the cat has the mottled white spots, it's not bad stamping! Honest!.

We have two prizes of Lavinia stamps and stencil.

Two very different cards today Lynn, the A&C Cat is a new one to me, the hearts of course a favourite and a real statement sentiment.

Both fabulous card and stamps- love the heart and the cat-brilliant sentiment not sure how true though-I have an old black cat and she has feisty attitude giving you a mouthful when you let her in the back door for her to walk straight out of the front!!! If my sons dog or daughters dog dare to even walk past her they get a mouthful and a swipe across the head -then walks away leaving them looking as much as to say-what did I do lol .

Wow! Both these cards are fabulous Lynn. A romantic Valentines card, the slimline shape is elegant and the bold red stamping and black sentiment are so effective against the subtly fading stencilled hearts. The CAS card is striking in black and white- fabulous stamps- have to agree with that sentiment!
