CAS and Cute cards

My DT cards for the new challenges at Stamping Sensations and We Love Stamping . You can read below how I made each of them.

At Stamping Sensations we have an optional challenge theme of CAS (or anything goes). For my card I used a shaped card base from Hunkydory and then Lavinia Stamps embossed with coloured powders.

Two prizes of stamps from Grafton Crafts, a well stocked bricks and mortar and on line shop offering fee p&p on all orders over £15

At We Love Stamping the optional challenge theme is Make it Cute (or anything goes). I've used a set of stamps from MFT onto the postage die cut. I cut myself a mask from mylar and then shaded each of the squares with distress inks. I then stamped directly into each square and coloured with promarkers.

We have two prizes, each of two House Mouse stamps from Oakwood

Those owls are so very cute and a great design with the postage stamp die but my favorite is the CAS floral card. Love those flowers and what a fun different card shape!

I do love your CAS card. Those flowers look amazing and the shaped card adds just the right amount of interest. The little owls on your WLS card and just so cute. Love those eyes. Great use of the postage stamp die too xx

Love how you've embossed the glow flowers with the coloured powders, so pretty, (glad you realised you had them before doubling up). Love the little owls and how you've used them with the postage die, so cute. Avril xx
