A save!

The card base for this card began life for another project. But I messed up the stamping, so I put it to one side intending to cover the whole front. However, when using my window die from Maximum Crafts I had these pieces of printed paper left over and the Lavinia owl just fitted onto the circle. So I left the parts of the stamping that were ok visible, and added some stencilling with a Lavinia stencil and some bronze cosmic shimmer drops.

I'm entering this card into the Fab 'n' Funky challenge - Things with wings.

That msr have been so satisfying to find a way to use up the spoiled panel. It has worked a treat too. Love that pepr and the owl. The soft stencilling breaks up the stark white perfectly xx

Its always satisfying to save a ruined project....sometimes thats when we come up with our best ideas - using the negative die cuts works so well and also saves them from the snippets pile x
