It's Christmas!

Our challenges at both Stamping Sensations and We Love Stamping have the optional theme of Christmas this month. Or if you aren't in the mood for Christmas you can use the anything goes option.

My first card above is for Stamping Sensations challenge. I used a Woodware stamp which I hadn't seen before, but I managed to pick up in the closing down Creative Expressions sale. I am sure you know they are now back under the umbrella of Jamie Rodgers.

I simply stamped and embossed with black powder. Then used promarkers to colour. Framed with a piece of paper from an old craft magazine.

Our prizes this month ...

My second card is for We Love Stamping challenge. I've used the window die from Maximum Crafts but this time extended it with matting using a Chloe die and papers from the Craft Boutique to make it into an 8x8 card. The stamped image from Crafty Individuals (sadly now closed) is embossed with platinum powder and some colour added with promarkers.

Our prize is from Stamp Addicts two prizes each of two stamps/sets (photos not to scale)

Two great cards. I especially love those robins and lovely to hear it was a bargain buy too, although it is always a shame when it is a closing down sale creating the bargain. I am glad Creative Expressions are around again xx
