A new stamp set and butterflies

Our new challenge begins at both Stamping Sensations and We Love Stamping today so I have two cards to share.

My card above is for our theme at Stamping Sensations where our optional theme is "B is for..." or of course you can use the Anything Goes option.

My B is for butterflies. I've used a circular stamp from CC which i stamped over a stencilled background using an AALL & Create stencil in shades of aqua and pink. I heat embossed the stamping and then coloured with pencils. Mounted onto an aqua circle cut from a TL die. I also used a CC butterfly stencil with pink DI to give some interest to the background.

Our prize at Stamping Sensations this month is a Visible Image stamp and coordinating stencil....

This is my DT card for We Love Stamping  where our theme is Something New (or of course you can use Anything goes). I've interpreted the theme as a new stamp set I got from Altenew called Geometric Botany. It's a large background stamp and then there are various stamps for filling in. I haven't quite got the measure of it yet, as this is the first time using it, so the sentiment seemed apt! The sentiment was purchased from Amazon and is part of a stamp set.

We have two prizes of Tonic Verso dies (ones received may differ from the photo below) and a $20 Whimsy gift card for entrants Worldwide.
