Black cat and hearts

 

My DT cards for the new challenges at Stamping Sensations and We Love Stamping . You can read below how I made each of them.

My first card is for Stamping Sensations where I have chosen a theme of Favourite Stamps or anything goes. I've used a print from MCS collection called Romantique which I printed onto super smooth paper. This formed my starting point of a background for my favourite stamps which are Lavinia stamps. I chose to use Mooch, Fairy Charms and Fairy Forager. I used a Lavinia stencil in the background and the sentiment is from Woodware.

My second card is for We Love Stamping. Where we have an optional theme of hearts or anything goes if you prefer.  I stamped a Paisley heart stamp using a set from Tonic in Versafine Clair Hawthorne Rose and Baja Breeze. I then cut out with the matching die. My background is embossed vellum using a CC paisley embossing folder. A sentiment die from CC out of some very old SU printed paper as that was the closest match for colour, and a tiny heart button from my stash.
