Happy Hello?

I made this card using off cuts from the Window Die from Maximum Crafts. The cat is from an old K&Co ephemera pack and the sentiment is a Sue Wilson one cut apart. I'm not sure the cat looks very happy though!

I'm entering this into the challenge at Fab'n'Funky - Four legged friends.

I really love the window die, cute little cat and agree he doesn't look very happy.

Yes, the Cat does look a little forlorn, but works very well focally in the die frame.

Great design, that die cut window frame is proving very useful, a clever and attractive way to use snippets of design paper. Maybe the cat is unimpressed with that bow around his neck!
Thank you for joining in at Fab'n' Funky.

I love the design, Lynn, but I spit out my coffee when you mentioned the cat not looking very happy!!! So true! He looks more like someone is eating the mouse he just spend hours catching! Hugs, Darnell

Even though the cat doesn't look too happy, it did make me smile. I love the colours of the card.

The mix of patterned snippets in the window frame works so well here, giving the whole piece a cozy, lived‑in feel. The cat may look a bit unimpressed, but that expression ends up adding so much personality to the design. Pairing the older ephemera with the clean die‑cut structure is a clever way to let both elements shine, and the split sentiment tucks in naturally without overwhelming the focal point.
