Sentiment Snippets

I got the idea for this card from Justine Hovey on You Tube. I had a head start because I had already stamped sentiments onto snippets a while ago. I've been steadily working my way through them when I make a card. It certainly speeds things up.

My patterned snippets were placed alternately with the greetings and mounted onto a piece of red card. Then I punched a few flowers from the snippets to add to the card.

Here's my snippets and a selection of my greetings. This was before I decided which ones I was using, not all of these made it onto the card.

Off to the Snippets Playground with this card and to see if anyone is on the swings. Gone a bit cold now after the sunshine the other day.

We went to what I thought was a rather unique experience at the Leicester Space Centre Planetarium on Friday. Celebrating 50 years since Pink Floyd released Dark Side of the Moon it was amazing. No photos allowed during the show, but this was projected onto the dome before it began and was a library around the dome with so many details. The show itself had us hurtling into space through stars and floating with space craft along with many visual effects. Felt a bit unsteady when it was time to get up lol!

What a great idea and an excellent way to use up some snippets. Hearing dark side of the moon takes me right back to my teenage years when we played it repeatedly and it still sounds just as good today xx

WOW - your Pink Floyd experience sounds amazing, if a little dizzying!
